Nicole Parks

I'm a 4P law student who works part-time as a law clerk. I have experience in immigration, workers' compensation, lemon law, medical malpractice, and business litigation. I am also President of the USD student chapter of the Federal Bar Association and Editor-in-Chief of VICAM. I am a San Diego native, and in my free time I love to paint, read, and go to the beach!

Allie van Niman

Allie is from Austin, Texas, where she began her career in restaurant management and later became a Real Estate and Land Use Paralegal. She has a BA in Theatre and Dance from the University of Texas at Austin and an MA in Legal Studies from Texas State. When not in the LRC, Allie enjoys reading, hiking, and playing board games!

Jose Almejo

I served in the Navy for eight years, completed my bachelor's post-service, and became interested in the law while doing so. As far as the law goes, I would like to help veterans with their disability claims. I am also interested in real estate law and transactional work.

I’m a 2P law student who also works full-time as an R&D Director. I was drawn to law for many reasons, and I’m now exploring which areas I’d like to focus on. In my free time, I love being outdoors, surfing baby waves, and exploring the world.

Sam Allen

Sam Allen is a second year part-time student from Milwaukee, Wisconsin interested in real estate and environmental law. During the day, Sam works as a paleontologist for an environmental consulting firm working with developers and contractors to mitigate fossil discoveries on construction sites. In his free time, Sam enjoys fly fishing along the local San Diego coastline and off-roading in the desert.

Matt Wong

Hi my name is Matt (he/him/his), and I’m a part-time law student at USD! I entered USD because of its reputation locally and in taxation. I’m second generation USD Law because my mother received her LLM in tax at USD in the mid-1990s. Outside of law, I love going out to new restaurants, making coffee, playing piano, photography. With my law degree I hope to go into estate planning.

Emilee Morgan

My name is Emilee Morgan and I am from the Central Valley. I was a teacher prior to coming to law school. I love being outside and hanging out with my husband and 3 sons.

Aaron Mulder

Aaron Mulder is a former teacher and current Army musician starting his first year at USD School of Law. His legal interests include Constitutional jurisprudence, civil rights litigation, and public policy. Outside of law, Aaron serves as the conductor of the San Diego British Brass Band and a Saxophonist in the Finest City Wind Orchestra.
